| COURSE OBJECTIVES: |
| |
| This five-day course provides training to ensure that the participant thoroughly understand the role and acquires the expertise in effectively establishing, implementing, maintaining and Auditing Quality Management systems. At the end of the course the participants will be able to: |

- understand the purpose of ISO 9000: 2005, ISO 9001: 2008, ISO 9004: 2000, ISO 19011: 2002 etc. standards and their interrelationship
- describe the purpose of Quality Management Systems and 8 Quality Management Principles
- Interpret the ISO 9001: 2008 in the context of audit
- Plan and conduct an audit in accordance with guidelines as per ISO 19011: 2002, gather objective evidence
via various methods and determine conformity to the requirements of Quality Management Systems
- Develop understanding of Roles & Responsibilities of Lead Auditors

| EVALUATION CRITERIA: |
| |
STAGE-1 : A continuous evaluation during the course by the faculty with min. of 60% marks
STAGE-II : A written examination at the end of the course with a min. of 70% marks |
- Who fails continuous evaluation shall have to satisfactorily complete another full training course
- Participants who fails the written examination, but has passed the continuous evaluation, shall be allowed one re-examination within twelve months
- Participants who fails the re-examination also shall have to take a full training course again
- Attendance for the full duration of the course is mandatory

- Until and unles we receive the DD, application form shall not be processesed for enrollment of the course
- The prior knowledge of management systems preferably Quality Management and some prior knowledge of auditing is desirable. No prior knowledge of the same may lead to unsuccessful completion of this course and the gaps in this knowledge may not be covered during this course
- This course is conducted in normal office environmental conditions with a provision of working lunch and tea breaks
- It is advised to the participants to stay nearer to the training program in order to get maximum learning
- Attendance is mandatory in all sessions of 5 days. Timings 9.00 AM to 7.00 PM
